Working on getting her back to her natural color after years of coloring it red.

We started with 5N and 5GN to start dropping that base. Next time she should see no more red tones, leaving her to grow out her natural color.

Eyebrow wax! A nice simple clean up can make a world of difference! It's a quick and easy appointment. Usually no more than 15 minutes and we have 2 different waxes. Hard and Soft!

I cannot express how seeing this young lady smile ear to ear with the haircut she's always wanted and never got made me feel..
She headed out for the summer ready to take on the hot days and the cooler days with all the confidence in the world!

Rebranded.

After years of identifying my hair page as textured with Tiffany, I decided it was time for a little change.
Textured in Tiffany was when I was learning and getting to know what I love about hair and being in this industry.
Now that I know what I love doing and have my skills, I wanted a little something different.
Hence Hair at Tiffany's YMM was born.
Hair at Tiffany's is now not just about the cuts and colors that I can do. But the experience that you will get in my chair. The entire interaction from the moment we sit and do the consultation to the end where I'm saying goodbye.
YMM is the location where I'm currently working. YMM being Fort McMurray. If I change locations then the end can change.

Today was one of those days in the salon where someone really touched my heart. In such an amazing way. I got the pleasure of helping a young lady out with a hair disaster, during her appointment she sat in the chair amazingly well and strong. I couldn't believe how such a young lady could endure what she did and not let the negative happen. Through our appointment there were a few good laughs. And me almost falling to the floor because of equipment failure 😂😂
I know I got to help make a big difference in her day to day life and if she ever finds this post, I hope she knows she touched my heart and I will forever be remembering this day.
It's not everyday as a hairdresser that I can think back to such a young lady and be forever grateful for her being her authentic self.
And to her mom that sat there with her the entire time, you are a phenomenal mom. Making sure that she had her snacks and drinks and of course the tablet charged to watch movies or play a game.

In short and sweet I guess this is why I got into this career. Days like today are why I will continue to do what I do and will continue to help whomever needs the help.
