One of the things I love most about this industry is that there is always something new to learn.

The professionals who continue to thrive aren’t necessarily the ones who started with the most talent—they’re the ones who have committed themselves to lifelong learning, growth, and constantly refining their craft.

After more than 20 years as a licensed aesthetician and over 16 years as a licensed aesthetics instructor, I’ve realized my favourite part of this career is helping other professionals grow.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside the Cosmetology Association, Skills Canada, Atlantic Hairstyling & Aesthetics Academy, own and operate my own salon and spa, and now travel throughout the Maritimes as a Training Specialist. Every role has reinforced one thing—I genuinely love educating, mentoring, and helping businesses succeed.

Because of the growing number of requests for advanced education and coaching, I’m excited to continue expanding Vic’s Training & Aesthetics.

• Service Protocol & Procedure Development – Creating consistency, confidence, and exceptional client experiences through customized protocols, coaching, and implementation.

These educational experiences are available to any spa owner, clinic, or aesthetics professional—not just my Eminence Organic Skin Care partners. Whether you’re looking to elevate your services, strengthen your team, or simply gain a fresh perspective on your business, I’d love to work with you.

🌿 I’m a Training Specialist with Eminence Organic Skin Care, travelling throughout the Maritimes to provide in-spa education, product knowledge, business development, and sales support for our incredible spa partners.

✨ Every Friday, you’ll find me at EastND, where I offer customized skincare treatments and consultations. My passion is helping clients understand their skin and creating personalized treatment plans that combine professional aesthetics with wellness-focused care.

🤍 I also own my own education and consulting business, where I work alongside spa professionals to elevate their businesses through advanced treatment protocols, service development, staff training, mentorship, business coaching, and strategic support.

When I really think about it, though, all three roles have one thing in common…

I’m an aesthetician and educator at heart.

I love sharing knowledge, inspiring confidence, helping spa professionals grow thriving careers, and empowering clients to understand and care for their skin through meaningful treatments and supportive home rituals.

Whether I’m in a treatment room, a classroom, or sitting around a boardroom table, my goal is always the same: to help people grow, feel confident, and succeed.

I truly have the best job. 💚

📣 Calling all Spa Professionals 📣

I wanted to share a resource that my colleagues in Ontario have created. They’ve started two professional communities—one for spa owners and one for aestheticians.

The goal is simple: to create a supportive space where spa professionals can connect, learn from one another, and grow together. Whether you prefer to observe or actively participate, members have access to:

• Monthly live calls
