Choose a shade with a black to grey background anytime youâre looking for a cooler result.
Choose a shade with a brown to tan background when looking to neutralize but still maintain a natural end result.
Drop down to a level 6 if youâre looking for a true cool result. If this is darker than what youâre looking for then try to lift up a level 8 so that you can tone down to a level 7.
And remember, you can also customize by mixing some of these shades together!đ

Would you believe me if I told you that I only use 09VâŚ
a few times a year!
Thatâs right⌠the number 1 selling shade by is not my go to!
Itâs not because I donât love it (I do) but I get bored way too easily and love changing things up.
I love trying all the different options in Shades Eq and will often challenge myself by pretending my favourites donât exist. This helps me grow because it helps me to have a better understanding of color and what each shade can provide.
