Not sure what is going on, posts are disappearing from my page without me doing anything at all...in fact I haven't even seen some of them. Has anyone experienced this? I may have to take this page down and start from scratch.

I will be placing this week's order at 11pm tonight. If you are interested in order the cost is $12 for a one pound tub. eTransfers can be sent to Frederictonh**[email protected]; deadline for transfer is 10:30pm tonight.

The product should be available for pick up on August 25th provided UPS does not make any delivery errors/mix-ups. (Part of the last order went to Vancouver). :)

The next order will be placed on September 11th and will be available for pick-up on September 22nd. I plan to place just the one order for the month of September. I will re-evaluate at the end of September and decide (based on feedback from you) whether to resume bi-weekly orders or stay with a monthly order. Please let me know your thoughts.

Spicy Red Pepper H**p Heart Soup = yummy! I'm not a chilled soup fan but this is good. Ingredients: 1/3 cup h**p hearts, 1 cup water, 1 sweet red pepper, 2 slices of pickled jalapeno peppers, 1 medium sweet potato, cooked
In blender mix h**p hearts and water, blend until smooth; add red pepper and pickled jalapeno peppers, blend until smooth. Cook sweet potato in microwave, remove skin and add pulp to blender. Blend until smooth. Top with fresh chives. Enjoy! You could also use fresh jalapeno peppers if you prefer, or if you don't care for spicy foods eliminate the jalapeno peppers entirely. Could also be warmed in the microwave if you don't like cold soups.
