10 years of experience. A whole lot of learning. Some lived experience of my own. And a belief that you are so much more than the area that hurts.
This is the approach I've been building toward.

Hi, I’m Denah 👋

If you’ve been here for a while, you might know me already — but with a new name, a new space and a new chapter ahead, it felt like the perfect time to reintroduce myself.

I’m a Registered Massage Therapist with 10 years of experience, and over the years my approach has evolved into something I really love: combining hands-on treatment, movement and education to help people better understand their bodies and find hope when pain has been holding them back.

Dynamic Wellness is the next chapter of that. 🌿

Over the next little while, I’ll be sharing more about massage therapy, RAPID NeuroFascial Reset, pain, movement, pregnancy and postpartum health, and a little behind the scenes as my new space comes together.

We finally discovered the most painful spinal condition…

Here’s the thing.

A disc bulge can hurt.
A perfectly normal MRI can hurt.
A scary looking spine can have no pain at all.
And some people with a “terrible” MRI are out golfing every weekend.

Pain doesn’t come with an imaging report.

It comes from a nervous system deciding whether you need protection.

Treat the person.
Not the picture.

(But definitely eat the cookies before someone else does.)

As I build Dynamic Wellness, I’m trying to create more than just a logo—I’m building a brand with purpose. My hope is that Dynamic Wellness will represent resilience, growth, movement, and the confidence to move through every stage of life. I want it to feel welcoming, empowering, and trustworthy—a place where people feel heard, supported, and encouraged to move beyond pain with confidence.
