💰 Good afternoon everyone!

I just wanted to pop on here to inform everyone of a new policy that will be taking effect immediately.

As most of you know our studio is CASH ONLY. The only exception being services totalling over 250$ which can be paid with a credit card. Paying with credit has fees associated with it that you are required to cover.

This being said, going forward ANYONE who arrives to their appointment without cash expecting an etransfer to be accepted will now be being charged a 25$ transfer fee. The cash only policy is not new and every client is informed of this upon booking.

We have been asked numerous times why we have this policy. Simply put we do not have the time to be chasing etransfers around. And more often than not we are having to do so. With 50+ clients at any given time it is unreasonable to expect either side of the business to stay on top of anyone to pay for their services. And essentially when you walk out our door without paying you've not only disrespected our policy, but have now forced us to chase a payment we have already provided service for. This is not acceptable.

Please bump and like this post to show that you have read and understand this new policy. There will be 0 leniency at all with this policy. So please ensure you have CASH when arriving to your appointment. Or if you are booked for a multi service appointment or package deal, that we have discussed the credit option and fully understand that there are fees associated with paying with credit.

To everyone who has and continues to respect our policies we thank you deeply. You all are the cornerstone of our business and we appreciate your continued understanding and support. And to those who have not please understand you will be charged the 25$ fee every single time you choose not to abide by the policy and continually pay with Etransfer.

I just want to post a quick PSA that I will be unavailable from Friday June 10th - Tuesday June 14th as I will be going for a medical procedure Friday morning.

Because of this I will be taking a few days off to ensure the procedure is successful and my body has the ability to adjust. I please ask that unless there is some kind of emergency to please wait until Tuesday to send enquiries or any matters pertaining to the Lash Extensions side of Sassy Cat Aesthetics.

I deeply appreciate everyones continued support while I address the serious health concerns I am currently facing. These treatments help ensure I will be able to continue making the Peace Region a happier more beautiful place!
