We reserved that time specifically for you. We prepared our station, purchased products, and turned away other clients because we believed you were coming. When you don’t arrive—and don’t call—we usually cannot fill that space.

No client means no service.
No service means no income.

Your stylist still has rent, supplies, bills and a family to support. Please remember that behind every appointment is a real person who depends on their chair to earn a living.

We completely understand that life happens. If you cannot make your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible so we have a chance to offer that time to someone else.
