We require a minimum 24 hours notice for any modifications or cancellations to booked appointments.

We reserve the right to charge in part or full for cancellations less than 24 hours. This is at the discretion of the booked stylist, and will be assessed based on the duration and complexity of the appointment.

If you have a personal emergency, we absolutely understand, and will take emergencies into account.

ɴᴏ ꜱʜᴏᴡꜱ
No Shows will be treated the same as cancellations, we reserve the right to charge in part or full for skipped appointments, based on the stylists discretion.

ᴅᴇᴘᴏꜱɪᴛꜱ
We reserve the right to request a deposit for the partial or full amount upon booking for large time slot bookings (color corrections, balayage, etc.)

ᴏᴜʀ ᴛᴇᴀᴍ
Our stylists are extremely busy and book very far in advance. They have long waiting lists and late cancellations and no-shows eliminate their ability to fill these slots. This results in a loss of income to our stylists directly, and hinders our ability to service our waiting list.
