"Is the 'water bottle rule' still a thing?" 🤔💧
I saw something at the gym today that got me thinking. A girl left her water bottle on a machine, stepped away for one minute, and came back to someone trying to take her spot.
To me, a towel or a bottle means "I'll be right back." It’s basic respect. But lately, it feels like the gym is becoming a free-for-all where people think their workout is more important than anyone else’s.
If you want to use a machine, you have to wait your turn. Interrupting someone’s rest period to take their equipment is rude.
