Last openings for August before I head away for a little end-of-summer reset 🌀

I’ll be taking 10 days away from the treatment room to rest, recharge, and reset my nervous system before heading into another full year.

As a manual therapist, I’m learning more and more how important it is to actually practice the things I encourage my clients to do — rest included. 💙

I’m so looking forward to spending some time in Montreal, then slowing things down in PEI with my mom and family as I celebrate turning 30. 🌞🌊 It feels like a pretty special way to close out the summer and step into a new year.
