You know when you look at someone and think…
“Wait… did she DO something?”
But you can’t quite put your finger on what?
This is exactly what I mean when I talk about The “Did She?” Effect.
We want to look at the whole picture — skin, structure, movement, texture, lifestyle, goals — and figure out what actually needs attention.
Sometimes that means treating.
Sometimes it means skincare.

Summer was fun.
The patios were fun.
The vacations were very fun.
But somewhere between “I’ll start Monday” and “one more…..” apparently my skin started keeping receipts. 😂
So this month, I’m getting my own s**t together AGAIN:
💧 Drinking more water
🧴 Fixing what summer did to my skin
💉 Booking my own treatments
✨ Actually following the skincare advice I give everyone else
And yes… I’m also the client who occasionally needs to be told to practice what she preaches. 😂
