Just remember. It is ok to take lazy days. It is ok to use your vacation time. It is ok to take sick days. It is ok to just live! I know for myself, and I find I wear multiple hats throughout the day. In saying that, I find I am involved with 10 projects on the go, and sometimes, I become so busy my life becomes wake up, first work shift, second work shift, and then bed.

It is ok to take time for yourself to breathe, live, and have that balance. As the saying goes, you can not help others if your glass is only half-full.

Remember, your self-care is important too!

Venturing through Hamilton can be a real pain in the butt trying to maneuver one-way streets and, above all else, find PARKING! When you come to the I Blossom studio, there are several options for transportation and parking.

On-site Parking:
• Clients are welcome to park in the studio lot.
There is no parking fee.

Sisters of St. Joseph's Park:
• Address is 167 Nash Rd S, Hamilton, ON L8K 4J9.
• There is no parking fee.
• Located 30 sec. drive for 5 min. walk away from the studio.
• Plenty of space to park and in a safe neighborhood.

Bus Stop:
•Drop-offf location is a 30-second walk from the I Blossom Studio.
• Bus stop is Route 1 – KING
• The KING route services lower Hamilton east - west from Hamilton GO in the west to East gate Square in the east.
• The KING 1A route also services University Plaza to Hamilton GO.
