2. Wear Gloves for Cleaning 🧤
Protect your nails when washing dishes or using household cleaners. Frequent water exposure and cleaning chemicals can contribute to lifting and dullness.

3. Don’t Pick or Peel Your Gel 🚫
If your gel begins to lift, resist peeling it off. Picking can remove layers of the natural nail and leave it thin or damaged.

4. Treat Your Nails Like Jewels, Not Tools ✨
Avoid using your nails to open cans, scrape labels, pry things apart, or perform other tasks that can cause chips, cracks, or lifting.

5. Keep Up With Your Appointments 📅
