Many of you have noticed that the role of pharmacists has changed dramatically in recent years. In addition to dispensing medications, pharmacists can now provide vaccinations, prescribe for many minor ailments, and assess a variety of health concerns.

These expanded services allow us to offer more care than ever before, but they also require additional assessment, documentation, and follow-up to meet the standards of the Ontario College of Pharmacists.

To help us provide the best care possible, you may be asked to complete a brief pre-screening form before speaking with the pharmacist. This allows us to:
✔️ Properly assess your concern
✔️ Prioritize urgent needs
✔️ Gather the information required for your consultation
✔️ Schedule dedicated time when needed
✔️ Maintain the documentation required for patient care

Please remember to bring your Ontario Health Card number when seeking pharmacist services.
