Collagen doesn't regenerate instantly. It can take 3 -6 months for new fibers to form and mature. By stimulating those fibroblasts early (from late 20's onward), we build a stronger collagen reserve that declines more slowly with time.

More dilution does not mean less effective. It means a different treatment goal. 💉

When Radiesse is used undiluted, it provides structure and volume, much like a traditional filler.

When diluted with sterile saline, it spreads more evenly beneath the skin. The focus shifts away from adding fullness and toward supporting collagen production, firmness, elasticity, dermal thickness, and crepey texture.

A 1:1 dilution may still provide some volume support. Hyperdilution, often between 1:2 and 1:4, is used when we want to treat a larger surface area and focus on overall skin quality.

The right dilution depends on the treatment area, your skin, and the result we are working toward. This is why treatment planning matters. The same product behaves differently depending on how and where we use it. 🫶
