Burnout…I’m sure I’m not the only one out there hitting the point of complete burnout. How are others coping or handling it? Tips? Tricks? Support groups? I think this is an important topic that has major life impacts on so many people that we don’t talk about enough!
My response …As Woman we need to find ways to replenish ourselves, as the Owner of The Spa Day Retreat, I am going to play my part and offer monthly raffles to honour a woman or 2 to be my personal guest for either Japanese head spa/ Facial/ or Holy Grail, there is nothing like Human touch that can heal, If you would like to be considered or refer/ tag someone, drop us a note on our fb page, - as this is still a form of stigma for some, also feel free to send msg to me privately - keeping this topic alive, will keep Woman being heard.
