I take for granted that everyone that sees my feed knows who I am, although that is not the case. Here is a funny look into my favorite things and also why I choose some of these answers.* I love semi sweet dark chocolate and if you put it into a cookie, I melt in happiness* I do not love smelling roses, I like the scent rose* When traveling to Las Vegas there is no short list of things to do. Orlando for me is connected to the Premier Hair show. The first time I stepped foot into this conference center, I fell over with how big it was, how many hair brand companies were there and how much on stage and in classroom education was offered. I count down the days until I can get myself back there. Plus both cities have a Cheesecake factory!* In my last life I must have been a doctor, firefighter or police officer. I sure would not want to be one now.* Have you seen Chad Powers? It combines sports (football, which I do not care a lot about) and this handsome fellow. I am waiting until we pay for the Hulu subscription so I can bring this series. I am a chatty person so how is this quiet character from the Fast and Furious franchise my celeb crush? I am not sure, but in September I was at a Blue Jays game (while TIFF was on) and Sung threw out the first pitch of the game. I could not believe my eyes, that we were in the same place at the same time 1000 feet away from each other. * If you do not know that Cheesecake Factory is my all time favorite restaurant then have we ever really had a conversation? Funny thing...I DO NOT like Cheesecake.* This chocolate starbucks drink has got me addicted. I think about it all the time. You wanna win brownies points with me, then bring one of these along to an appointment.* I kow glitter is not a colour* I do mind cats or dogs, I just never want one * After standing all day at work, I want to get my feet moving and that includes skates, cleats, a bat or hockey stick* Dahlia, are such nice full flowers and not too smelly, so I like the looks of them.* Simones has classic clothes that I like to wear in the salon. Short sleeve blouses, trousers and classic fit t-shirts.* I should have put Tik Tok as my favorite app, but I am trying to look sophisticated by using Pinterest. This is where I get a lot of my social media inspiration.Pick three of these and tell me what are your favorite things?
This is your fall hair checklist:
- Refreshing your colour with a gloss comes with no strings attached. A gloss is just a regular colour mixed so that is does not last as long, does not change your natural hair colour and will wash away.
- Growing your hair out of having long hair does not mean never cutting your hair. Keeping up healthy haircuts at the very least every 6 months is a great idea.
- Your hair is thirsty. Give it a drink by adding more moisture into your daily regime.
- Getting a wash and blow dry done at the salon is a great way to end your work week and start your weekend. Might as well add a treatment while you are here.
- I cannot shout loud enough, when I say get a hold of me ASAP to book your holiday hair appointment(s).

Do you own all the things to make your hair

Check out the 3rd photo
Lately I have been talking to my clients about exposing some of their natural colour. This is an example of a few things I'm trying to point out
1. Your hair might not be grey when you actually grow it out. It could be more like white
2. This colour is all natural on the sides
3. When we meet people, we ask ourselves...what do they notice first? At this point I coloured her hair 5 weeks ago and yes she has a re-growth but our eyes immediately go to the sides and the contrast in colour.
Think that when you are starting to get into colouring your hair or how you can start to grow some of your natural out to see what it actually looks like.
