š **CAN WE TALK ABOUT THE COST OF JUST GETTING EVERYWHERE?**
Between commuting to work, driving kids to sports and activities, appointments, road trips, hotels, rental vehicles and vacations⦠it feels like we're constantly spending money just to **get where we need to go.**
And every time fuel prices climb, those everyday expenses hit even harder.
So I started looking at things differently:
š **What if some of the things we're ALREADY paying for could simply cost us less?**
Not by giving them up.
Not by changing everything we do.
But by finding **better ways to purchase and access the things we're already spending money on.**
Thatās what caught my attention.
There are savings options available for things many of us already use:
āļø **Travel & destinations**
šØ **Hotel accommodations**
š **Vehicle rentals**
š¢ **Cruises & vacation options**
ā½ **Vehicle/fuel-efficiency products**
Whether you're a parent driving kids all over town, someone commuting every day, a couple who loves travelling, a retiree planning vacations, a business owner putting kilometres on a vehicle, or simply someone who wants their money to go furtherā¦
**Why wouldn't you at least look at where you could potentially save?**
Because here's the part that really made me think:
š° **We're going to spend the money anyway.**
So I'm challenging myself to see just how much I can save over the course of the next year on expenses I was **already going to have.**
And I want to show others how it works too.
š„ **I have short videos that explain the different savings options so you can actually SEE how they work and decide for yourself if any of them make sense for you.**
š **Want me to send them to you?**
Comment **SAVE** below or message me **SAVE**, and I'll send you the videos privately.
No guessing. No pressure.
**Just take a look, see how the savings work, and decide for yourself whether you're leaving money on the table.**
š **If you're already spending it⦠why not see if there's a way to spend less?**
*Savings and product results vary. Fuel-economy results depend on the vehicle, driving conditions, maintenance, driving habits and other factors. No specific savings are guaranteed.*
š 3 WEEKS. 18 POUNDS. ALMOST 28 INCHES. š
Okay⦠I had to stop today and actually take this in.
It has now been 3 weeks since I started taking the vagus nerve drops twice a day, and 1 week since adding the coffee to my routine.
And my measurements today absolutely floored me.
š„ 18 POUNDS DOWN since starting the drops
š Almost 28 TOTAL INCHES DOWN across my body
But here's the thing...
The scale and measuring tape aren't even what I'm most excited about.
My body simply feels different.
The puffiness and swelling I associate with inflammation have dramatically changed.
My energy has been fantastic.
My sleep has become solid, restorative sleep.
And then there are these little things I wasn't expecting...
My toenails have been so thick and hard for years that I jokingly compared them to horse hooves. š Now I'm actually watching healthier-looking nail growth beginning to come through for the first time in years.
Even the facial hair I've dealt with through menopause seems to be growing back more slowly.
Are three weeks enough for me to know where all of this ultimately leads?
Absolutely not.
That's why I'm documenting it.
I want to be able to look back at 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, six months and one year and compare what I'm actually seeingānot what I think I remember.
Because three weeks ago, I wasn't expecting to be writing:
18 pounds.
Almost 28 inches.
More energy.
Solid sleep.
Less puffiness and swelling.
And little changes showing up in places I wasn't even watching.
And I've only had the coffee for ONE WEEK. ā
I genuinely cannot wait to see what another month brings.
This journey has become about so much more to me than losing weight.
I'm watching my body changeāand I'm paying attention. ā¤ļø
Who else would love to know what could be different about YOUR body 30, 60 or 90 days from today?

WHY AM I SO EXCITED ABOUT THIS? āš§
Because Iām not just sharing something I heard about ā Iām actually doing it myself.
Iāve now been using the vagus nerve drops for 1 month, and during that time Iām down 8 lbs.
Then I added the Do More Java coffee to my routineā¦
4 DAYS IN ā another 4 lbs down so far.
Thatās 12 lbs down during this first month of changing my routine.
Is every pound because of these products? I canāt make that claim ā and everyoneās experience will be different. But I can tell you that Iām paying very close attention to what is changing for me, and Iām excited enough about my experience that I want to keep documenting it.
And here's the interesting partā¦
I was already drinking coffee. ā
I simply changed what coffee I was drinking and what I was putting into my daily routine.
Thatās why I keep asking:
**If you're already drinking coffee every morningā¦
wouldn't you at least be curious what MORE your cup could offer?**
Want to see the short coffee video I watched?
Reply āCOFFEEā and Iāll send it to you privately.
My personal experience only. Individual results vary. Weight changes can have many causes; these products are not guaranteed to produce weight loss.

As an esthetician this is one of the most difficult treatment option and costly treatment for women in a spa setting and not for the faint of heart either nor is it always successful. Finally something I can offer that is pain free and so much easier on the budget! Does this reasonate with you?

ā DO I WANT MORE FROM MY CUP OF COFFEE? ABSOLUTELY.
If you know me, you know Iām like everyone else ā when I decide I want to make changes, I want those changes YESTERDAY. š
But one of the biggest things Iām learning on my own health journey is that my body didnāt get where it is overnight, and I canāt expect one thing to magically change everything overnight either.
What I CAN do is give my body as much support as possible while I work toward those changes.
That means paying attention to what I eat, what I drink, how I move, my daily habits and even something as simple as the coffee Iām already drinking every morning.
Thatās why I'm genuinely excited to add Do More Java to my own routine when it launches in October. āš„
I'm not looking at it as a magic cup of coffee. I'm looking at it as another tool I can incorporate into what I'm already doing to support my goals.
And reallyā¦if I'm going to drink coffee anyway, why wouldn't I want MORE from my cup?
October can't come quickly enough for me. š
Who else drinks coffee every day and would be curious about getting more from what you're already drinking?
Comment COFFEE or message me and I'll make sure you hear more as we get closer to October.
WHAT DOES āLESS PAINā ACTUALLY MEAN TO ME?
When I say my chronic pain has changed, you need to understand what my body has been through.
Over the years I've experienced a broken jaw, multiple concussions, chronic migraines, a severe rear-end collision that injured spinal ligaments, a piano falling on my leg, and multiple torn ligaments and muscles from sports injuries.
My body has kept a pretty detailed record of all of it.
For years, there was an invisible line I knew I couldn't cross.
I could work.
I could lift.
I could do household chores.
I could perform a 2-hour deep-tissue massage.
But if I did too much?
My body made sure I paid for it.
The aches and pain would arrive afterward as a very clear reminder:
You overdid it again.
And often the following day was when I really felt the consequences.
SO WHAT AM I NOTICING NOW?
Since starting the vagus nerve drops, one of the biggest changes I've noticed is what happens AFTER I use my body.
I'm doing the workābut I'm not experiencing those same aches and reminder pains afterward.
I'm not waking up the following day feeling like my body is punishing me for everything I did the day before.
Sometimes it almost feels as though I never did all that work.
For someone with my history, that's difficult for me to wrap my head around.
I even recently tripped and practically cartwheeled over one of my 500-pound above-ground cement planters.
Thankfully I didn't break anything. I ended up with what seemed like a relatively mild knee sprain and felt substantially recovered within a couple of days.
I'm certainly not suggesting the drops made me indestructibleāand I don't recommend testing the theory by cartwheeling over cement planters! š
But I am paying very close attention to how my own body feels and recovers, because the difference I'm experiencing is significant to me.
NOW I'M CURIOUS ABOUT THE LONG GAME.
I currently receive prolotherapy approximately every six weeks as part of managing my longstanding issues.
Would I love to reach a point where, with my healthcare provider's guidance, I might need it only three or four times a year?
Absolutely.
But I'm not there yet, and I'm not going to pretend I know what will happen.
Time will tell.
I'm documenting where I am now so that six months or a year from now I can look back and actually compareānot just rely on memory.
Because after everything this body has been through, I'm no longer interested only in asking:
āHow much does it hurt today?ā
I'm also watching:
How much can I do?
How do I feel afterward?
How quickly do I recover?
And what can my body comfortably handle tomorrow?
For me, THAT is what āless painā actually means.
Real person ⢠Real experience ⢠Shared with permission
This is my personal experience, not medical advice. Individual experiences vary. A testimonial is not evidence that a product treats or cures chronic pain, injuries, migraines, or another medical condition. I will make any changes to medical treatment, including prolotherapy, with my healthcare provider.
Iād make it powerful and personal, but soften the claims about products āsavingā people from health crises. That wording can sound like a medical-treatment claim and may also make people defensive. This keeps the urgency while making the message feel more credible:
Iām often asked why Iāve become so passionate about health.
The answer is actually very simple.
Because eventually, health becomes about quality of life ā and sometimes about life itself.
I canāt turn back time. I canāt go back and make different choices years ago. But I can pay attention to what I know now, and I can stop treating my health like something Iāll deal with āsomeday.ā
Iāve now been introduced to a company and products that have completely changed the way I look at supporting my body and taking responsibility for my own health. Iām also watching people make changes in how they feel, how they function, and how seriously they prioritize themselves.
And it has left me with one very uncomfortable question:
At what point do we finally decide our health deserves our attention?
Is it after losing someone younger than we ever imagined losing?
Is it while sitting in a hospital bed, on multiple medications, fighting an infection or another health crisis, wondering, āHow did I get here?ā
Or do we continue sayingā¦
After I pay off the debt.
After work settles down.
After everyone else is taken care of.
When I have more money.
When I have more time.
The problem is, there will always be another reason to wait.
Iām no longer willing to make everything else in my life a priority while assuming my body will patiently wait for its turn.
So my question to you is this:
If you already know there are things about your health you want to change, what are you waiting for?
You donāt have to buy anything from me. You donāt even have to agree with me.
But maybe itās time to become curious enough to take a serious look.
If this hits home for you, comment āINFOā or message me privately. Iāll share what changed my perspective.
ā QUICK COFFEE QUESTIONā¦
Do you drink coffee every day?
And if you do⦠what if your morning coffee could do more than simply wake you up?
Iāve been learning about a completely different approach to that cup so many of us already drink every morning ā and it made me look at my regular coffee very differently.
Iām curious how many of my friends are coffee drinkers.
Comment ā or āYESā if you drink coffee.
And hereās the second question:
Would you want MORE from the coffee youāre already drinking?
If you say YES, Iāll send you a short video privately that explains what I mean.
No need to change anything today.
Just watch it and compare. āš
Coffee drinker? YES or NO?
