Helping women 35+ work WITH their cortisol & metabolism to finally look like they work out as much as they do.

06/20/2026

COMMENT “CALM” and I’ll send you information on our approach.

“My body feels calm.”

“My anxiety is almost eliminated.”

“I’m in tears typing this.”

“I’ve been walking the world under-nourished for many years.”

These are not my words.

They’re from a client who trusted the process.

The crazy part?

The scale barely changed during this phase.

But her body composition changed.
Her energy changed.
Her recovery changed.
Her quality of life changed.

Everybody wants the physical transformation.

What most women don’t realize is that the physiological transformation is often the thing that changes everything.

Watch this reel and let me know what resonates most.

People see the physique. The business. The family. The lifestyle.

Must be nice.

What they don’t see is the girl in this photo.

Twenty one years old, working at a gym. Name tag, zip-up, big smile.

What they really don’t see is what happened just before it.

I was deep in the bar scene. Drinking. Doing drugs. Surrounding myself with people I called friends who were really just drinking buddies. I had an eating disorder on top of it.

And then things came to a head.

I remember the moment clearly. It was like a line in the sand.

I looked at my life and thought—

Danielle, you are better than this. This is not who you are.

I wasn’t living up to my own standards.

And I couldn’t unknow that anymore.

So with my parents’ support, I quit.

The bar. The people. All of it.

I got into an outpatient program. Worked with a counselor.

And my only job for that entire season was to work on myself.

That was it.

When I started to come back to life, I got a job at Family Fitness.

And I remember looking around thinking—

These people work out during the day.

They sleep at night.

They’re not out past last call.

They’re putting good things in their bodies instead of poison.

This is who I need to be around.

This is who I want to become.

In this photo I’m about thirty pounds heavier than I am now.

Still recovering.

Still figuring it out.

But for the first time in a long time, I was starting to know myself again.

Starting to actually like myself.

That’s also when I met my husband.

I wasn’t looking.

Hadn’t dated in over a year.

But there was something that felt safe about being chosen in that season.

Flawed.

Far from having it all together.

Not performing, not achieving, not presenting a highlight reel.

Just me.

And I knew if he wanted to be with that version of me, it was real.

Years later I’d go on to compete in fitness.

Become an IFBB Pro.

Build a company.

The whole thing.

But none of it started there.

It started with a line in the sand and a girl in a zip-up who finally decided she was worth more than the life she’d been living.

Nobody starts at the after.

✨ COMMENT “RESET” and I’ll send you the framework that’s helped hundreds of women stop starting over and finally work with their body instead of against it.

If you’re over 40, this is your reminder that you do NOT have to settle.

At 41, I feel stronger, leaner, and have more energy than I did at 35.

Not because I have better genetics.

Not because I’m more disciplined.

Because I stopped doing what wasn’t working.

I stopped chasing:
• eating less
• more cardio
• punishing workouts
• starting over every Monday

And started working with my body instead of fighting it.

One of the biggest lies women are told is that feeling uncomfortable in your body is just part of getting older.

I don’t buy it.

I think most women have simply outgrown the strategies that got them here.

You don’t need to punish yourself into a smaller body.

You need a smarter plan that actually fits this season of your life.

✨ COMMENT “RESET” if you’re ready for a different approach, and I’ll send you the framework we use with our clients.

DM me PROGRESS if you’d love to look lean, defined, and have a body that reflects how hard you work.

Because you’ve already shown what you’re willing to do for it.

You get up early.
You train when you’re exhausted.
You squeeze workouts into an already packed day.
You show up, whether you feel like it or not.

No one could ever accuse you of not working hard enough.

But after 40, the answer usually isn’t to do more.

More cardio.
More intensity.
More sweat.
More calories burned.

Yet your body feels stuck.

What I’m doing in this video doesn’t look flashy.

I’m building muscle.
Managing recovery.
Working with my body instead of constantly trying to outwork it.

And ironically, that’s what helps create a lean, defined physique that actually reflects the effort you’re putting in.

The goal isn’t to see how much you can suffer.

The goal is to make your hard work pay off.

You don’t have a discipline problem.

You have a strategy problem.

DM me PROGRESS if you’re ready to stop working harder and start working smarter for a body that finally reflects your effort.

👇 AGREE OR DISAGREE? Let me know in the comments.

⚠️ Unpopular opinion: I think we’ve turned hormones into a scapegoat.

Before you come for me…

Hormonal weight gain is real.

Perimenopause is real.

PCOS is real.

Cortisol issues are real.

I know this because I’ve lived it.

I crashed my own hormones years ago, and it’s a huge part of why I built a business helping women improve their hormonal health.

But here’s what I’ve noticed…

Somewhere along the way, we’ve gone from validating women’s struggles to sometimes convincing women they’re powerless.

“I can’t lose weight because of my hormones.”

Maybe.

But what are we doing to support them?

Are we prioritizing protein?

Building muscle?

Balancing blood sugar?

Managing stress?

Getting enough sleep?

Or are we expecting our bodies to thrive while giving them the bare minimum?

My goal has never been to convince women they’re broken.

My goal has always been to show them they’re not powerless.

I think we’ve made hormones the villain.

I think they’re the messenger.

Hormones matter.

Lifestyle matters.

Both can be true at the same time.

👇 Agree or disagree? I’d genuinely love to hear your perspective.

👇 DM me “STRATEGY” if you’re done trying harder and ready for a better approach.

You’re the fit friend.

The one who gets the workouts in.
Watches what she eats.
Shows up for everyone else.

From the outside, it looks like you’ve got it figured out.

So why does it feel like you’re working harder than ever… and getting fewer results?

I see this all the time with women over 40.

They don’t need more discipline.
They’ve already proven they have that.

What they need is a strategy that evolves with their body.

Because eating less.
Training more.
And pushing harder…

Isn’t always the answer.

If this sounds like you, DM me “STRATEGY.”

Let’s figure out what’s actually keeping you stuck.
