I had my best day yet at the market! Thank you everyone who came by to see me today! My Lavender is harvested and dried. I have managed to package some culinary lavender up and will be bringing recipe cards each week. I need to separate the rest of my dried lavender from its stocks to create tees and herbal blends for your kitchen look for them next week along with my all natural skin care line and the all natural home essentials!

I think I finally got all the kinks out of my website! I launched my Lavender Avenue website a short while ago, but was having trouble with purchases going through from the states. Fortunately, I was able to find other methods of payment for most of those customers. I ending up banging my head against the wall trying to figure out why the process was not working well. I had several sessions with the web builder program I used, and with the payment provider I used, but nothing seemed to work. I finally ended up building my site again, from scratch using Shopify. I have heard great things about Shopify, but let me tell you it is not an easy platform to use. The navigation on the back end is extrememely unintuitive and you are forced to use the bloody AI chat box to navigate from one area to the next in order to get the site built. But it is done now, and it looks great! Payments go directly through Shopify, and the built in postal app calculates the actual shipping costs through Canada post or which ever Shipping service you want to use.
All of that said...... I am back online! Woo hoo!!!!
