Perimenopause and Menopause can be frustrating…understanding what can increase symptoms is key. So as estrogen and progesterone decline, your sensitivity to regulating blood sugar increases. So becoming more mindful of your sugar intake is key. So eating a breakfast high in protein, good fats, fibre is a better option than one loaded with carbs and sugar. Start the day off right.

Not all acne is the same.
