To our valued customers:

We are pleased to announce that Sposa Nails will reopen its doors on June 2nd, and that we will be begin to accept bookings on May 26th for reopening day and beyond.

As we prepare our shop for reopening, all guidelines set out by Worksafe BC must be followed explicitly to ensure your safety and the safety of our employees. Every staff member will be wearing gloves, masks and face shields when providing services for you.

To receive your service, you MUST call us ahead of time to book your appointment, as walk-in clients can not be taken at this time. We can not accept groups. Single or double client appointments only, double clients such as an accompanying client or an immediate family member.

We are also asking that you wear face coverings during your visit. If you don’t have one, we can provide a mask for $1.00. Hand sanitizers throughout the shop, especially at the front desk before you enter the premise, will be provided for your use.

Plexi-glass and barriers are installed to enhance social distancing. As we mentioned before, we are accepting fewer daily appointments to allow for additional cleaning time after each customer throughout the day. We ask that you arrive no earlier than 15 minutes in advance for your appointment.

We understand that these conditions are only temporary, and that we are working hard provide the best experience at Sposa Nails during these trying times. The day will come when all restrictions are lifted, bringing back the fun that you’ve all come to love.

A MESSAGE REGARDING COVID-19 OUTBREAK

To our valued customers,

First, we want to thank each and every one of our clients for their support. We have received many well wishes and kindness, and they are all very much appreciated at this time of crisis.

During the past few weeks, we have been planning very hard to have our salon reopened at the earliest possible time. We are following very closely to government guidelines and health inspectors to keep yourselves and our staff safe and protected. (As of this writing, we are still waiting on a definitive date as to when we can officially reopen our services to the public)

Once opened, we will be following these strict guidelines to further protect the safety of our employees and our clients:

1. All appointments must be made by email or by phone. No walk-ins will be allowed until further notice.

2. As per guideline, we can only allow a limited number of clients a day. We kindly ask for your patience as we work through these difficult steps of reopening our business.

3. Plexiglass will be installed on each workstation and at the cashier desk. Though it is not possible to install plexiglass at the pedicure stations, health officials are asking all clients to wear masks before entering the salon.

4. All employees will be wearing extra protective gear for everyone’s safety.

As we continue to prepare our salon for our official reopening, we will constantly update our status here and on our website, and we will let you know when we will begin to accept appointments.

We have carefully observed recent events and uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak and are complying with government guidelines to protect the health and safety of our staff, our customers and our community.

In compliance with these guidelines, we ask any customers who are feeling sick, especially if you have recently returned from travel to remain home for two weeks. Please call us to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Monday - Closed
Tuesday - 10am to 5pm
Wednesday - Closed
Thurs-Sat open 10am to 5pm
Sunday - Closed.
