We are just two gals who had a dream to create a space where creativity can flow and good times can be had! Hair is an outlet for our creative minds, and we want to elevate your salon experience here !

With Summer on its way out and the weather cooling, here are 5 tips to help transition you into Autumn!🍂

1. Hair Oil💧Heat and friction interfere with the natural structure of the hair. This damages the hair cuticles, which in turn leads to brittle, dull-looking hair. Rich conditioning treatments with oil extracts prevent the damage and make damaged hair cuticles smoother. For something more concentrated, add a few drops to your hands and run your fingers through the ends and mid shaft of your hair. This will keep your hair supple and shiny!

2. Volumizing Spray🌱 Few people want to go outside without a hat on a colder day (also because hats in the fall are SO cute!) This keeps the ears warm but your hairstyle may become undone and flat. Use Volumizing spray or a texture spray before you blow dry your hair while hanging your head upside down. Carry the spray with you to refresh your hairstyle after you take your hat off!

3. Moisture🌊 now I know this next tip isn’t an Autumn season exclusive, but cooler weather brings a different type of dryness than the “fun in the sun” summer days. This type of dryness from colder temperatures (and the ruffling of hats/ scarves and high collars) can cause excess fly-aways, tangles and frizz. Make sure to be using hydrating masques, leave in conditioners, styling creams, and oils!

4. Sunscreen☀️ Just like the sun affects your skin, it affects your hair. Even though the time changes, the light differs and the weather shifts, you still need to be using hair sunscreen if you’re outside for long periods at a time. The sun causes the hair cuticle to open, allowing moisture and even melanin to be removed. The result is dry, frizzy hair, and faded colour. Use a couple sprays throughout, and BOOM your hair is protected from the UVB rays!

5. Dust💨 Split ends are definitely not something you you should take into the next season with you. You can opt for a full haircut for a change in style to go with the change in season, a trim in case you haven’t been into the salon this summer, or have it dusted if you’ve been maintaining your appointments every 8-12 weeks to keep those ends fresh.

Straight shows how there is a soft blend of colours and with a seamless transition. When curled it still shows the soft blend but enhances the dimension, how the light stands out against the depth of the hair.

I guess you could call this work, but it really feels like a dream✨

Connecting with people, laughing and listening to their stories, helping women see their full potential, making them feel beautiful....... sounds pretty magical to me 🤗

I created this blend by applying a full head of back to back baby lights, alternating between lowlights and highlights, and installing a pack of 16” weft extensions in the colour Hot Toffee Blonde 🌟
