Med spa injectable practices are changing across Canada.
We talked about this last December, when Alberta updated its guidance for registered nurse injectors, reinforcing medical oversight, patient-specific prescribing, and ethical care across injectable clinics.
This week, Ontario made news for the same reason.
A reminder worth repeating: meeting with your prescriber is non-negotiable.
This is the standard we've always held ourselves to. It's good to see it reflected across the country.

It's back!
From today until October 15, we want to see the tattoo Lethbridge regrets most. The one that came home from a trip, outlasted the breakup, or started as a bet that went too far. The winner gets theirs removed at LPSA.

Pregnancy, weight changes and time can leave the abdomen in a place no amount of exercise will reach. Separated muscles and loose skin are structural, not a matter of effort.
Six months after abdominoplasty with Dr. Secretan, this patient's abdominal wall has been tightened, excess skin and tissue removed, and the belly button reshaped to sit naturally. The scar sits low, well below the underwear line, and will continue to improve with time and laser scar therapy.
