From bare walls to the safe, welcoming space I once only dreamed about. 🥹🫶

This chapter of my life stretched me in ways I never expected. I was working overtime and treating clients five to six days a week- then spending nearly every spare moment renovating my new studio. Somewhere along the way, I became a true jack of all trades, learning new skills and helping bring every wall, paint colour, finish and little detail to life.

At the same time, I was doing my best to remain committed to the self-care, movement, nutrition and lifestyle habits that supported me through such a demanding season. It wasn’t always graceful or easy. It challenged my nervous system, strengthened my character and taught me resilience on an entirely new level.

As an entrepreneur, just when you think you’ve learned it all, a new chapter begins and shows you how much more there is to discover.

I started working toward my dream career at 18, opened my business at 22 and, at 26, had the privilege of creating this space with my own hands. But I could never have done it alone.

I am endlessly grateful to D. Card Contracting and to my family for giving their time, knowledge, patience and hands to help me bring this vision to life. Every person who showed up, lifted something heavy, taught me a new skill, solved a problem or encouraged me through the exhaustion became part of this space and its story.

I’m not sharing this because I believe I did everything perfectly- I’m sharing it because this season reminded me that hard work, support, faith and consistency truly can transform a dream into something real.

I’m deeply thankful for how far this journey has taken me, and I’m also allowing myself to feel proud of the woman I have become along the way. Not only because of what I have built, but because of the character, strength and resilience it took to keep going.

This has been my life’s passion since I can recall, and now I have the honour of sharing the finished dream with every client who walks through these doors.
