Location: College & Spadina; Less than 10 min walk to UofT, Right by bus stops, Steps to grocers, shops and restaurants.

Rent: $3200/month; All utilities and Wifi is included.

Lease Term: 12 months or more; No smoking, no pets. No laundry on site. Laundry mart is 2 minutes away.
