NP might only be two letters after my name, but there are a lot of years behind them.

Years of education. Long shifts. Late nights. Learning how to assess, listen, ask better questions and make decisions when someone is trusting you with their care.

Before Look Timeless, I spent years in healthcare caring for people in very different seasons of their lives. And while my work looks different today, so much of what healthcare taught me still walks into the treatment room with me.

I don’t look at a face and immediately think about what I can treat.

I want to understand you first.

What brought you in? What has been bothering you? What are you hoping to achieve? Is the treatment you’re asking about actually appropriate for you?

Because aesthetic medicine is still medicine.

Being a Nurse Practitioner isn’t simply part of my title. It shapes the way I assess, the way I educate, the way I approach safety, and the responsibility I feel every time someone trusts me with their face.

So no, these might not be Gucci or Chanel.

But I’m incredibly proud of what it took to earn them.

Laser season might actually be our favourite time of year. 🤍

Aging is personal.

There is so much messaging around what we’re supposed to do as we age. Embrace every line. Treat every line. Start early. Never start. Age naturally. Do everything possible to slow it down.

I don’t believe there is one “right” way to age.

If you love the lines that come with your expressions, keep them.

So I never want to lose sight of how lucky I am to do something I genuinely love.
