Part-Time Receptionist – WAKE Wellness
WAKE Wellness is looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join our growing wellness clinic team.
Schedule
* Monday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
* Tuesday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
* Thursday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Additional hours may be available as the clinic continues to grow.
Compensation
$20–$23 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome clients in a warm, professional manner
* Answer phones and respond to client inquiries
* Schedule and confirm appointments
* Process payments and maintain accurate records
* Support practitioners with administrative tasks
* Keep reception and waiting areas clean, organized, and inviting
* Assist with general day-to-day clinic operations
Qualifications
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Professional, dependable, and personable
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Comfortable using computers and scheduling software
* Previous reception, administrative, or customer service experience is an asset
* Experience with health clinics, direct billing, Jane App, or similar scheduling software is considered an asset
* Interest in health and wellness is considered an asset
