Happy October 🍁 🦃 🎃🍂

Let October be the month you find your path and follow your intuition.

Remember to be Grateful, Thankful and Blessed.

Many Blessings 🙏

Fall is for baking all the things 😌

Keep going till you align with your desires.

We are ever changing.
What we did a week, a month or a year ago, can be different then where we feel we are now.

Thats ok.

We are meant to grow, change, evolve.

Rejection is Redirection.

So trying something you felt was in alignment and it turning out to not be is OK to admit. Its not Rejection, its not Failure, its simply not in alignment for your future path.

Pause, take a breath, and move onto the next thing pulling at your heart strings.

You got this 🤍✨️🙏

Shes a Beauty 😍

Full Moon Energy is intense.

Release what no longer serves you, surrender to the universe, and welcome whats to come.

This came across my Pinterest feed and it hit me.

Sometimes we go through stages of life that are immensely rewarding, uplifting, and empowering.

But then on the flipside there are times we feel unfulfilled, conflicted, and uncertain.

Im here to remind you, and myself that these stages are all part of life.

When you are being pulled in different directions, when your body is screaming for calm, when you heart just wants peace, and your mind stays busy.

Find Joy, that will help support your nervous system so that slowly and softly you can quiet the noise and find your centre.

Autumn Equinox 🍂🍁

Calls for fall decor and pumpkin cheesecake loaves.

I still feel summer went way too fast but here we are and Im embracing this next season.

Give it the pause it deserves.

Do what feels light, calm and free.

Your body and mind will thank you too.

Sometimes you just need to disconnect.

There's no secret to life, no manual, no checklist, no itinerary.

There's only Joy, Happiness, Love, Gratitude and Abundance among other things.

So fuel your soul, fill your cup, and do more of what brings you Joy.

And watch life flourish ✨️

I dont pretend to know everything. Im still learning.

I dont call myself a crunchy mom. I just focus on making better choices everyday for my family and I.

Im not perfect by any means. I don't actually think perfection exists.

And I definitely dont judge another's choices. What one does, is none of my business.

My goal; To live a Happier, Healthier, Stronger Life, and instill good values into my children so they can carry on the same for theirs.

I've done the research, Ive read numerous claims, papers, articles, and books. Once you see and truly understand what is happening, you cant unsee.

Having an autoimmune disease has opened my eyes to a whole other world I previously never gave much thought too. Add that along with understanding Energy, Frequency, Vibration as Reiki Master and Mindset Coach and you uncover more layers to something that is so complex.

And for that reason I constantly change, evolve, and grow through stages of this journey.

So I'll share the Wellness Store where I get most of my household essentials, and salon quality products for the studio.
I'll share doTERRA where I get my essential oils which are my first line of defense for immune support and other ailments, DIY's like sprays, rollerbottles, and scrubs, plus diffusing them in my home and work to eliminate toxic chemicals.
Since Im so passionate about food, I'll share Epicure, their spices, seasonings, and mixes are Gluten Free, Nut Free and non-gmo.
I'll share Crystal's because I know the healing properties and powerful energy of them.
And finally I'll share about Mindset, Energy and Manifestation because what we consume matters.

Do your own research if necessary, but if you're looking for any of the above, Id be happy to explain further why I value these and the reason they are pillars of my brand.
