How many of these myths did we have in our younger years, and we were sure we were oh so smart lol. But life is learning and we now know better. I would sure change a few things!

When I was younger, I thought acne was a teenage problem. I was lucky I only dealt with the odd, humiliation inducing pimple or two.

Then came the occasional breakout... and then fine lines... and dryness... and sun damage...freckles turning to "age spots", all at the same time.

Which is exactly why treating adult skin like you're 16 rarely works. Cuz we're not.
