I refuse to think of 2020 as a waste of a year.
I grew in ways I didn't know were possible.
I challenged myself.
I pushed myself.
I didn't accept things that I didn't deserve.
But most of all, I never gave up once.
I chose to accept the struggle because I knew it was helping me get to where I am going next ⚡
Thank you 2020 for everything.

11 MONTHS 🌱
Everyone's journey looks different.
My journey 11 months ago:
- thin
- flat
- oily
- lifeless
- dry ends
- dead hair
I've been using the volumizing line for 11 months.
Now:
- voluminous
- healthy
- more hair
- less washing
- less oily
- happy
What switching to natural, non toxic, chemical free, hair products looks like.
I'll tell you one thing, I'm happy I made the switch.
I'll tell you something else, I'm happy that I can say I have made over 30 people love their hair and skin again. Both men and women. And one dog 🐩.
The feeling of helping people is indescribable.
I'm in this for the long run ⚡

6 MONTHS! ⚡
This month will be 6 months since I chose to put myself first.
I haven't really shared my full story.
When COVID hit, I was laid off work. I lost control of myself emotionally and mentally.
I knew I needed a change. Something to better my life. Goals to set and real goals to achieve.
A business was never something I imagined diving into. I could sell a beer at the bar no problem, but didn't think I could sell anything else.
The thing is, I didn't join Monat to sell sell sell. I dove in because it was going to challenge me, change me and push me to achieve my goals.
With Monat, I am on track to make a quarter of my full time salary by the end of November. This is going to allow me to hit my main goal of buying a home 25% faster than what I anticipated at the beginning of this year (Monat has also helped me with my math skills).
Monat has changed my mindset on what is important and who is important.
When I come down to my basement now, I see the place that I was sitting when I chose to take control of my life.
I am only going up from here ⚡

My day ones 💕
My mom has always wanted to have a wine and cheese party with her girlfriends. This weekend we did just that.
Wouldn't be where I am today without these two beautiful souls. Always there to listen to my stories, help me understand my thoughts and encourage me when I need it most.
