Over the past few months, I’ve shared a lot about slowing down, choosing less, and building a business that supports life instead of consuming it.

Now it’s time for me to live those words.

I’ll be taking a short summer break to rest, recharge, and spend time with the people who matter most.

Orders will continue to ship around the dates listed, and I’ll be back before you know it.

Thank you for being here, for supporting Beauty by Tammy, and for being part of this season.

Every product I choose to carry has to answer one simple question:

Would I use this on my own clients?

If the answer isn’t an immediate yes, it doesn’t become part of Beauty by Tammy.

These Hydrogel Eye Pads have been with me through thousands of appointments because they’re comfortable, stay in place, and allow me to focus on what matters most: creating a relaxing experience for every client.

Sometimes it’s the products no one talks about that make the biggest difference.

Thank you for trusting me with your artistry, your businesses, and your clients over the years.

Your support has meant more than you know.

For a long time, I thought success looked like doing more.

More appointments, products, opportunities, and more goals.

I kept asking myself,

“How can I build more?”

Eventually, life gave me a different question.

“What am I building all of this for?”

That question changed more than my business.

It changed how I define success.

In Part 1 of the Season 2 finale, I’m sharing the conversation that reshaped the way I think about ambition, balance, and building a life that feels just as meaningful as the business itself.

If you’ve ever wondered whether there’s another way to grow without losing yourself in the process…

I recorded this episode for you.

Part 1 of the Season 2 finale is now available wherever you listen to podcasts 🎙️

Next episode, I’ll share the conclusion.

Some of the most important parts of our work are the ones nobody notices.

A clean brush.
A thoughtful routine.
A few extra moments spent paying attention to the details.

Those little things may never be photographed.

They may never be mentioned in a review.

But they’re part of every experience we create.

After all these years, I’ve learned that great work isn’t built on one big moment.

It’s built on quiet consistency.

And I still believe the little things matter.

For a long time, I thought becoming a better version of myself meant adding more.

More knowledge, experience, and achievements.

But growth doesn’t always come from adding.

Sometimes it comes from letting go.

Letting go of unrealistic expectations.

Letting go of the belief that your worth is tied to your productivity.

Letting go of the version of yourself that no longer fits the life you’re trying to build.

That isn’t failure.

It’s growth.

In this episode, I’m sharing one of the hardest lessons I’ve learned: sometimes we have to release who we thought we needed to be before we can become who we’re meant to be.

One of the biggest misconceptions about building a business is that confidence comes from having all the answers.

I’ve found it comes from something much simpler.

Trust.

Trust in your experience, in your decisions, and in the work you’ve put in over time.

That’s how I think about every product I create.

Not because it’s perfect.

But because I’ve spent years testing, refining, and standing behind it.

Real confidence isn’t loud.

It’s quiet.

It’s built one decision at a time.

🤍

For a long time, I believed that saying yes to more meant creating more opportunities.

More work.
More commitments.
More expectations.

But somewhere along the way, I realized every yes is also a no to something else.

Choosing less isn’t about dreaming smaller.

It’s about making space for what matters most.

More presence.

More intention.

More energy for the people and the work that truly deserve it.

I’ve learned that success isn’t measured by how much you can carry.

Sometimes it’s measured by what you’re willing to put down.

In this episode, I’m sharing why choosing less has become one of the most meaningful decisions I’ve made, and how it has changed the way I think about business, life, and what really matters.

One thing I’ve learned over the years is that there isn’t one right way to create beautiful work.

Every lash artist develops their own style.

Their own rhythm.

Their own preferences.

That’s why I’ve never believed in creating products that tell artists how they should work.

I’ve always wanted to create products that support the way you work.

Whether you reach for Passion or Vision, my goal has always been the same:

To give you products you can trust, so you can spend less time worrying about your adhesive and more time focusing on your clients.

Because confidence doesn’t come from using the exact same products as everyone else.

It comes from finding what works for you and mastering it.

For a long time, I believed that slowing down meant falling behind.

That if I wasn’t constantly producing, achieving, or moving forward, I was somehow failing.

The truth?

So many of us carry the pressure to keep going, even when we’re exhausted.

We tell ourselves we’ll rest after the next launch.
After the next busy season.
After we check one more thing off the list.

But “after” has a way of becoming never.

In this episode, I’m sharing how my definition of success began to change, and why I believe building a sustainable life matters just as much as building a successful business.

If you’ve ever felt guilty for needing to slow down, this conversation is for you.
