For a long time, I thought becoming a better version of myself meant adding more.

More knowledge, experience, and achievements.

But growth doesn’t always come from adding.

Sometimes it comes from letting go.

Letting go of unrealistic expectations.

Letting go of the belief that your worth is tied to your productivity.

Letting go of the version of yourself that no longer fits the life you’re trying to build.

That isn’t failure.

It’s growth.

One of the biggest misconceptions about building a business is that confidence comes from having all the answers.

I’ve found it comes from something much simpler.

Trust.

Choosing less isn’t about dreaming smaller.

It’s about making space for what matters most.

More presence.

More intention.

More energy for the people and the work that truly deserve it.

I’ve learned that success isn’t measured by how much you can carry.

Sometimes it’s measured by what you’re willing to put down.

One thing I’ve learned over the years is that there isn’t one right way to create beautiful work.

Every lash artist develops their own style.

So many of us carry the pressure to keep going, even when we’re exhausted.

We tell ourselves we’ll rest after the next launch.
After the next busy season.
After we check one more thing off the list.

But “after” has a way of becoming never.
