Entering my 2 × 20 era 🍾🌺

You reach the age of 40 much sooner than you could have ever imagined.
At 20 , it seems like there is still so much time ahead.
We constantly postpone happiness until the future: once the difficult times and crises are over, once I made enough money , finish the project, achieve the next goal — then, finally, I’ll be able to enjoy , travel, spend more time with loved ones, and simply live.

I thought the same way.

But today, looking back, I realize: happiness was never somewhere ahead of us. It was always in those ordinary days we rushed through in pursuit of the future. In time spent with family and friends. In work that inspires us. In having loved ones by our side. In the opportunity to wake up in the morning and do what you truly love .

The future will always be uncertain.
The past few years have taught us that especially clearly.
So perhaps the most important thing I want to say to myself at 40, and to everyone reading this, is: don’t put your life on hold.

Set ambitious goals. Work hard. Create.
Grow and help others grow. But don’t miss today while constantly waiting for a better tomorrow.

Because life is happening right now.
