⭐️ Important Update to Our Cancellation Policy ⭐️

To better accommodate all of our clients and staff scheduling, we are updating our cancellation policy effective immediately.

We now require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total. This fee is non-refundable.

Our no-show policy remains the same — clients who do not attend their appointment without notice will also be charged a non-refundable fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total.

We kindly ask all clients to please confirm that we have your current email address and/or cell phone number on file to ensure you receive appointment reminders and notifications.

We would like to welcome Saniaka to our salon while she completes her on the job training. She is with us from Jon Raymond Institute.

Saniaka has been observing our estheticians over the past week and is looking forward to having the opportunity to work with our wonderful clients as part of her on-the-job training experience.
