Bath Salt Soaks. Aren't they just wonderful after a long day at work or on your feet? Great for adding to the bath after a workout or taking a walk. Some of the benefits of bath salt soaks are : They can ease stress and relax the body , Relieve pain and muscle cramps and eliminate toxins from the body...just to mention a few!!

Some of the types of Bath Salts are:

Spearmint- Very Grounding
Eucalyptus - Decongestant
Patchouli- Earthy and Grounding
Mint- Refreshing
Citrus Blend- Invigorating
Orange- Uplifting
Lavender- Relaxing
Lavender and Rose Blend- Relaxing

The Lavender comes with or without dried Lavender flowers.
The Lavender and Rose blend come with both dried lavender and dried rose petals.
The Mint blend can also come with or without dehydrated organic mint leaves.

I like the blend that contains the dehydrated flowers, the smell is wonderful!! ...but you do have to swish them out of the tub when you finish your bath.

Each blend contains: Epsom Salt. sea salt. Himalayan sea salt, essential oil, coconut oil and may contain dehydrated leaves or flowers...depending on that kind you choose.

All the bath salts are hand made in small batches. 250 ml bottles of all natural ingredients. So natural....you can eat them! I wouldn't recommend eating them, as they'd be pretty salty...haha....but they are safe enough to eat.

All blends are just $5.00 per 250 ml bottle.

Sugar Scrubs! They are wonderful for exfoliating dead skin cells and adding moisture to dry, winter skin. Hand made in small batches, these scrubs are just what dry skin ordered. 250 ml bottles of all natural ingredients. Sugar, Vitamin E oil, Vitamin A oil, Grape seed oil and essential oil. Safe enough to eat!
At this time.....I have Grapefruit, Citrus Blend, Lime and Sweet Orange.

It's that time again! Bath Time! Nothing nicer on these cooler evenings than lighting a candle...running a hot bath...adding some bath salts...and soaking away the day.
