The flip-over method is one of my favorite options for a full-head protective style because it gives you the freedom to wear your hair over without needing a traditional closure or leaving a large section of hair out.
For this client, I left out just a small amount of her natural hair around the edges. This allows her to blend her own hair with the extensions while still keeping the majority of her hair protected.
I offer the flip-over method without any leave-out at all, but leaving out the edges can be a great option when a client wants a little more versatility around the hairline.
