Hey guys! I am officially returning back to this page and will start posting consistently again. To start off, IIFYM stands for "If it fits your macronutrients" which basically means you can eat whatever you want and still reach your fitness goal (whether it be cutting down, maintaining or bulking) as long as you reach your daily macronutrient goals of protein, carbohydrate and fat. I have a few series in mind and would like to get one going tonight so if you have any questions make sure to ask in the comments!
