Delon Laboratories is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative for our west Island location.

If you are looking for great working hours within a stable industry we have the career for you!

Our Customer Service Representative will provide assistance in processing orders, as well as tending to customer inquiries daily.

What you will do

Responsible for the order entry, management, tracking, and invoicing of client's orders.
Coordinating with various departments to assure client required timelines for delivery are met.
Identify customer’s needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives;
Provide and analyze different reports
What you need

Fully bilingual in English and French.
High School Diploma
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work efficiently and effectively within a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Excellent problem solving and multitasking skills.
Possess strong analytical and synthesis skills.
Have a good sense of organization and priorities.
Good knowledge of the Windows Office suite (Excel, Outlook), strong computer skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
