Hi I am Karolina founder of KaroMi, certified health coach, big lover of food, nutrition, fitness and people.
I experienced situations that make me realize that food and fitness can be medicine and strongly believes in the saying "you are what you eat". My goal is to help people eat well and be fitter to balance they bodies and reach personal satisfaction by simply getting closer to the nature, eating real food and supporting local farmers. Everyone can do it with a little bit of will and common sense.
