Your treatment can be so much more than a massage.
Every session I offer is personalized to what you need that day — whether you’re looking for deep relaxation, grounding, gentle lymphatic work, Reiki, sound, hot stones, a hot oil scalp massage, or a combination of several elements.
I bring together the techniques and tools that feel right for you, creating a treatment that is never quite the same twice.
This is about taking time to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling cared for — in body, mind and spirit. ✨
If it’s been a while since you’ve made time for yourself, perhaps this is your sign.

What a treasure you are BC! I’m so grateful for the chance to steep in the beauty of the fairy forests, mystical waters and to be nourished by the land. My heart is full after time to hike and play in the ocean, early morning cold plunges, beautiful conversations, and laughs with friends, outdoor baths, time in the garden and sleeping under starry skies ❤️
Thank you Stephie Cyr and Salt Spring Seeds, Victoria and Salt Spring Island for the beautiful, nourishing and fun moments ✨
A summer filled with sound. ✨
15 sound baths since June — from lavender fields and farms to beautiful indoor spaces and hammocks.
I’m so grateful for every person who showed up, rested, listened, and shared these moments with me. What a beautiful summer. 💙

Tonight’s floating sound bath at Wild Soul was something really special. ✨
Watching everyone tucked into their hammocks like little cocoons, surrounded and nourished by sound, was so peaceful and beautiful.
My first experience with these hammocks — and I absolutely loved it. Such a unique way to receive sound. 🤍
Thank you Wild Soul Studio | Yoga + Pilates + Spin Strathroy ❤️
Last summer bath at Sparta lavender farm— pivoting to the indoor space because of weather— a lesson in detachment, acceptance and appreciating the purification of the rain as we transition into a new school year and new season ❤️
Thank you for a beautiful season Sparta Lavender Farm | Farm Experiences & Lavender Products
