Sharpening some 5 in one Wahl moser blades. The blades are ready to be assembled and tested.

This hardware looks normal but it is off of an “aftermarket blade” and the socket bends after short use and the spring doesn’t hold enough tension.

This is the top blade of a five in one moser blades. They are very thin blades and can be sharpened up to 3 times before the top rail is worn away as shown on the right hand side of the blade.

The cutting blade on the right is an exaggerated example of a hollow ground blade. Most blades are hollow ground for better performance.

This setting bar shows how much the blade socket has splayed during use. Setting the socket properly improves blade performance.

Here you can see rust on the right hand side of the blade. I was able to hone the rust out and get the blade cutting again.
