Many people think sun protection only matters on hot summer days or beach vacations, but UV exposure happens daily and accumulates over time. Even small, routine exposures can add up.
Melanoma can affect people of all ages, and early detection plays a major role in outcomes. Remember your ABCDEs of early detection when checking moles; watch for changes in asymmetry, border, colour, diameter, or evolution over time.
