I’ll speak up because silence isn’t strength when your heart is breaking.

A client came to me with completely destroyed hair — lifeless, brittle, and uneven. I poured my time, skill, and soul into restoring it. I rebuilt the structure, revived the shine, returned the shape, and evened out the colour. I was genuinely proud of the result.

She went on vacation and came back with her hair completely fried—burned by the sun, salt, or maybe poor care. And then she asked me to bring her blonde back immediately. There were no steps. There was no recovery. It was as if her hair was some kind of Play-Doh.

I told her the truth:
“No, we can’t do that right now. First, we restore pigment, then we lighten again — step by step — if we want to preserve the hair.”

We did one pigment return.
Then a second one — free of charge — because she didn’t “like the shade.” Four hours of work. Professional products. Emotional energy. Everything I had — I gave.

I supported her. I explained the process. I promised she’d get her blonde — in time when the hair was strong enough.

Then she disappeared.
And today, I found out that she won’t be returning to me… because she “didn’t like it the last time.”

And I’m just….
Devastated.
Drained.
Feeling used.
Like a disposable glove.
