👻💋 BEFORE FILLER vs. AFTER FILLER 🎃
👻 BEFORE FILLER:
💀 Lips thinner than a ghost’s patience.
🕸️ Cheeks have officially left the haunted house.
😩 Face looking like it’s been through 300 years of haunting.
☕ Running on caffeine, chaos, and lost volume.
💉 AFTER FILLER:
💋 Lips so BOO-tiful they’re raising the dead.
✨ Cheeks making a supernatural comeback.
💅 Looking less rest in peace and more resting pretty face.
👻 Still a ghost… just a hotter one!
🎃 SAME GHOST, JUST MORE BOO-TIFUL! 💋
Because, ladies, the only thing that should be disappearing this Halloween is your candy stash… NOT your facial volume! 🍬😂
🖤 A little filler, a little magic, and a whole lot of confidence!
💉 Natural results. No overfilled pumpkin faces here! 🎃

👻 Don’t ghost your injector!

🎃💉 BEFORE BOTOX vs. AFTER BOTOX 👻
🧙♀️ BEFORE BOTOX:
Resting witch face.
Forehead looking like a haunted house.
Elevens deeper than a graveyard.
Scaring people without even wearing a costume. 💀
💉 AFTER BOTOX:
Still a witch… just a smoother one. 💅🖤
Broomstick fully charged.
Forehead looking BOO-tiful.
And nobody knows if you’re angry, surprised, or plotting their downfall. 😈
🕸️ Because the only thing that should be frightening this Halloween is your costume… NOT your forehead!
🎃 WITCH, PLEASE. BOOK YOUR BOTOX! 💉
👻 Less wrinkles, more wickedness.

🚨 YOUR COLLAGEN CALLED… SHE’S TIRED. 😂
As we age, collagen production slows down — and unfortunately, she doesn’t magically come back on her own. 🙄
Enter SCULPTRA. 💉✨
Unlike traditional filler, Sculptra works by stimulating YOUR OWN collagen production to gradually improve:
✨ Skin firmness & quality
✨ Facial volume loss
✨ Fine lines & folds
✨ Overall skin structure
✨ That “damn, you look good… what did you do?” glow 😏
The best part? Results develop gradually and naturally and can last up to 2 years for many patients.
🔥 ONLY 3 SPOTS AVAILABLE
💰 $400/VIAL — regularly $600!
That’s $200 OFF PER VIAL. 👀
This is for my girls who want to look refreshed, not filled.
A deposit is required to secure your appointment — because “I definitely want one!” unfortunately does not hold a spot. 😂😘
📩 DM me to claim yours before all 3 are gone.

✨ PRP vs. GEL PRP — WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE? ✨
You’ve heard of PRP… but have you met its thicker, sassier cousin: Gel PRP (aka Plasma Gel)? 👀
Both treatments use your own blood to harness growth factors and support collagen production, skin quality, and rejuvenation — but they each bring something different to the table.
🩸 PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma)
Your blood is processed to concentrate the platelets, then the PRP can be injected or used with microneedling.
Perfect for:
• Improving skin texture and tone
• Softening fine lines
• Stimulating collagen
• Improving acne scarring
• Overall skin rejuvenation
• Supporting hair restoration
✨ GEL PRP / PLASMA GEL
Your plasma is further processed into a thicker, gel-like consistency — giving it a little more structure and support while still being completely autologous, meaning it comes from you. No mystery ingredients. No borrowed bits. Just your own biology doing the most.
Perfect for:
• Under-eye rejuvenation
• Crepey or thinning skin
• Fine lines
• Areas that need a little extra support
• Anyone wanting a more natural alternative to traditional filler
Think of it this way:
PRP = skin quality + regeneration
Gel PRP = regeneration + added structure/support
Basically, PRP helps your skin glow up — while Gel PRP brings a little more lift, support, and “I woke up like this” energy. ✨
And because I want more of you to try it… 👀
🔥 ONLY 5 SPOTS AVAILABLE — $225
Regularly $350
Once those 5 spots are gone, they’re gone. No dramatic sequel. No encore.
📲 TEXT 647-232-8387 TO CLAIM YOUR SPOT
As always — faces first, not wallets. 💉🩸✨

It is with an incredibly heavy heart that I share the passing of my dad. ❤️
He may have technically been my “bonus dad,” but there was never anything “bonus” about the way he loved me. He had been in my life since I was just 18 months old, and from the very beginning, he loved me, raised me and treated me as his own. I will forever be grateful that I got to call him Dad.
Over the years, he supported me through so many chapters of my life, and I feel incredibly fortunate that in his final days, I was able to be there for him and support him the way he had always supported me.
The kids were able to come and say their final goodbye to their Papa. Just 10 minutes after they left, Dad passed away. I was beside him, holding his hand, and he left this world so peacefully. As heartbreaking as that moment was, I will forever be grateful that he wasn’t alone and that I was able to be there with him until the very end.
This past year has been one of the most difficult years my family and I have ever faced. From the bottom of my heart, thank you to every single person who has reached out, checked in, sent a message, offered support or simply given me grace when I needed to change or cancel appointments. Your kindness and understanding have meant more to me than I could ever properly put into words.
For now, I’m going to take a few days to be with my family, grieve, and process everything that has happened.
I plan to return to work on September 21st. I will personally reach out to everyone whose appointment has been affected to get you rescheduled. Please bear with me while I work through everyone — I promise I haven’t forgotten about you.
Dad, thank you for choosing to love me as your own. Thank you for being there through my entire life, for loving my kids, and for being someone I could always count on.
I hope you knew how deeply you were loved.
Rest peacefully, Dad. ❤️
I was lucky to have you for as long as I did, and I’ll carry you with me always.
Love,
Crystal

A little life update ❤️
I’ve rescheduled my appointments for the rest of this week. To my patients who have been moved around — some more than once — thank you for your patience, understanding and grace.
Anyone who knows me knows how hard it is for me to step away from work. My business is a huge part of me, so admitting that work just isn’t the most important thing right now is incredibly difficult. But appointments can be moved. Work will still be there. Right now, I need to let myself just be a daughter.
Today we had a conversation no one is ever prepared to have — the end-of-life conversation.
There are so many things working against my dad, and medically, there just isn’t much going in his favour. Palliative care came to speak with us, and I truly thought we were moving toward end-of-life care.
But Dad had something to say about that.
He isn’t ready. He still wants to fight.
He understands how serious things are and that the odds are stacked against him. His wish is to keep fighting, and we will respect that. I don’t know what tomorrow brings or how much fight his body has left, but while he wants to fight, we’ll fight beside him.
And because apparently my heart hasn’t carried enough lately, my mom has her 4-month CT follow-up tomorrow. She has been cancer free since surgery, and I’m praying with everything in me that tomorrow confirms she still is.
Please cross your fingers and toes, say a prayer or send some good energy. Because I genuinely don’t think I can mentally handle much more right now.
To my family, friends and patients — thank you. For helping with my kids, checking on me, listening to me cry, making me laugh, praying for us and reminding me we aren’t alone.
I see your messages and appreciate every single one. ❤️ Please don’t take it personally if I haven’t responded. I just don’t have it in me to answer everyone right now, but I’m reading them and feeling all the love.
Being Nurse Crystal just isn’t as important right now as being Crystal, his daughter.
Work will be there. Appointments can be rescheduled. Time with my dad can’t be.
And as long as Dad keeps saying “I’m not done yet,” neither are we. ❤️🩹

A little personal update ❤️
I wanted to share a little update because so many of you have been incredibly kind and continue to ask about both my mom and dad.
Two weeks ago, my dad had a fall and unfortunately broke his femur. He underwent surgery and is still in the hospital recovering. Since then, things have been complicated. His hemoglobin has continued to drop, and he has now required two blood transfusions on two separate occasions.
Unfortunately, we’ve also learned that his cancer has spread, and his immunotherapy has been stopped. Right now, we’re taking things one day at a time and focusing on getting him through this hospital stay. ❤️
Thankfully, I have some really good news about my mom. She is officially cancer free! 🙏❤️ She requires no further cancer treatment at this time and will simply be monitored going forward. She is still recovering from her surgery, but she continues to get stronger and is doing better.
I truly appreciate every single one of you who has asked about my parents, checked in on me, sent a message, or simply given me a little extra grace. It means more to me than you know.
As most of you know, I’m a one-woman show, and right now I’m also trying to be there for my family as much as possible. I am continuing to work and take care of all of you, but if I occasionally have to move or reschedule an appointment, I sincerely apologize in advance. Sometimes family has to come first, and right now things can change very quickly.
Thank you for continuing to support my little business while also giving me the flexibility to be a daughter when my parents need me. ❤️
Love Nurse Crystal 🩷

2008 vs. 2026… 💁🏼♀️
One thing got older… my standards. 😏
23-year-old me thought a night out was enough to look refreshed.
41-year-old me knows it takes hydration, sunscreen, a little science… and a phenomenal injector. (Conveniently, I know one. 😉)
Let’s just get ahead of the comments…
Yes, I’ve had work done.
✨ Botox every 4–5 months
✨ Sculptra
✨ Cheek filler
✨ Chin filler
✨ Lip filler
✨ Tummy tuck
✨ Medical-grade skincare (SkinMedica & Alumier)
✨ SPF every single day.
And guess what?
I’m not trying to look 23 again.
I’m trying to look like the hottest, healthiest, most confident version of 41.
The funniest part of my job?
Women lean in and whisper,
“My husband doesn’t know I get Botox…”
or
“He doesn’t want me getting filler because he’s afraid I’ll look fake.”
Ladies… unless he’s volunteering to carry your babies, survive the hormones, lose years of sleep, and fight gravity with his bare hands… he doesn’t get the final vote. 😂
Good aesthetic work isn’t about looking “done.”
It’s about looking refreshed, rested, and like yourself on your very best day.
Do it because YOU smile bigger when you look in the mirror.
Do it because YOU feel confident.
Do it because YOU deserve to feel amazing in your own skin.
If Botox, skincare, and a little filler are my midlife crisis… I’d say it’s a whole lot cheaper than a sports car and way more practical. 😂💉
If you’ve been thinking about it, this is your sign. Stop overthinking and book the consultation. Ask the questions. Learn your options. There is absolutely no pressure—just honest advice and a plan that’s tailored to you.
You deserve to feel confident every time you catch your reflection. ❤️
Let’s make people wonder if you changed your hair… not your face. 😉💉

⚽️🇵🇹 GO PORTUGAL GO!! 🇵🇹⚽️
Well… Cristiano Ronaldo stopped by for a little Botox tune-up before the big game… 🤷♀️💉
The only tiny detail he forgot to mention? He’d be running around in the blazing heat for 90+ minutes. 😂
Don’t be like Ronaldo! 😉
If you’re booking your Botox or Dysport appointment, remember for the first 24 hours:
❌ No workouts
❌ No saunas
❌ No hot tubs
❌ No excessive heat (yes… even cheering your heart out in Portugal’s summer heat!)
Ignoring those instructions can increase how quickly your body metabolizes the product, which may shorten how long your results last—or in some cases, affect how well your treatment settles.
Play smart. Recover smarter. Your wrinkles can wait… your aftercare can’t. 😏💉
And before anyone asks… yes, AI deserves a standing ovation, and thank you to Ronaldo for unknowingly lending me his face for this masterpiece. 😉
