✨ ELEVATING THE STANDARD ✨
This past Sunday and Monday, Rylie, Courtney & Molly attended the Bushbalm Pro Insider Summit, and WOW… what an experience! 🤍
From start to finish, the thought, intention and attention to detail that went into this event was incredible. Every little touch was so thoughtfully planned and the girls were absolutely blown away!
🥂 Day 1 kicked off with a beautiful gala and awards evening, and let’s just say… everyone understood the assignment! Beyond the glitz and glamour, one of the most meaningful moments was seeing Bushbalm present a cheque supporting breast cancer research, representing an incredible 4,000 hours of research funded through this year’s efforts 🩷
📚 Day 2 was packed with education, live demonstrations, inspiration and so many opportunities to learn and grow. One of our favourite personal touches? The girls each wrote a letter to their future selves that Bushbalm will mail back to them someday!🥹
The theme of this year’s summit was “Elevating the Standard,” and we couldn’t have connected with that message more.
Education has been a HUGE focus for us at You Beauty Bar this year. We’ve made a conscious effort to invest in our team’s growth, stay ahead of industry trends and continuously elevate the experience we provide our guests. Because to us, there’s always room to learn, improve and raise the bar.
This summit was such a beautiful reminder of why we do what we do and how important it is to surround ourselves with people and brands who share that same passion.
A huge thank you to Bushbalm Professional for putting together such an unforgettable experience. The girls came home feeling inspired, motivated and full of new ideas to bring back to YBB.
