What's happening after C-section?? 🤔

Once women undergo this procedure body responds in different ways - which is normal during recovery, but can be very uncomfortable. Swelling (edema), fluid retention, poor circulation, and disrupted lymph flow are one of the major things that every person can experience - therefore, having regular Lymphatic Drainage massage (followed by Wood Therapy) is essential in a speedy recovery 💧
Once you are cleared by the doctor, you can start getting Lymphatic massages as early as 6 weeks after the C-section.
