Massage Therapists & Wellness Practitioners Wanted - Pointe-Claire

I’m building the initial practitioner team for a new massage-focused wellness center on St-Jean Boulevard near Fairview.

The Center will operate on a flexible hybrid model designed for practitioners who already have some existing clientele and want a professional space to continue growing their own practice.

I’m primarily looking for massage therapists, including mobile massage therapists who would like to add clinic-based appointments. Practitioners offering compatible wellness services are also welcome, provided those services can be offered from a furnished massage room.

For the initial launch, I’m looking for approximately 8–10 practitioners with an existing client base they can continue treating from the Center, with availability across daytime, evening, and weekend hours.

The model is based on a fixed appointment fee rather than a percentage of treatment revenue.

For example:
60-minute appointment: $20 + tax

Practitioners would:

• Set their own schedule and workload
• Set their own treatment prices
• Process their own client payments
• Work from fully furnished massage rooms
• Continue building and managing their own practice

The Center would also be marketed as a whole, and practitioners would be included in the Center’s booking system so they may receive additional new-client bookings as the Center grows. These bookings are intended to complement the clientele practitioners already bring. Practitioners who prefer to work only with their own clientele can opt out of Center-generated bookings.

This is not a casual room-rental model. Practitioners would have regular availability at the Center, coordinated according to room availability.

The number of practitioners will be intentionally limited at launch so each practitioner has a fair opportunity to build their schedule before additional practitioners are added.

I’m currently moving forward with plans for a new massage-focused wellness centre in Pointe-Claire, on St-Jean Boulevard near Fairview, and I’m looking to build the initial practitioner team.

I’m looking primarily for massage therapists, including mobile massage therapists who would like to add clinic-based appointments to their practice. I’m also open to a limited number of other wellness practitioners whose services can be provided from a furnished treatment room, such as osteopaths, reflexologists, Reiki practitioners, and similar professionals.

For the initial launch, I’m looking to build a team of approximately 8–10 practitioners who already have some existing clientele, with availability spread across daytime, evening, and weekend hours.

Because the Centre will be new, I’m looking for practitioners who can bring at least some of their current clients with them while also having the opportunity to grow their clientele through the Centre.

Practitioners would have the flexibility to use the Centre in the way that works best for their practice. Those who prefer to simply bring and treat their own clients would be welcome to do so.

Practitioners who would also like to grow their clientele could be included in the Centre’s booking system and marketing, allowing new clients to find and book with them through the Centre.

In either case, the model would be based on a fixed appointment fee rather than a percentage of treatment revenue.

• Set their own treatment prices
• Process their own client payments
• Work from fully furnished treatment rooms

Practitioners must carry their own professional liability insurance.

Scheduling would be based on room availability and handled on a first-come, first-served basis. The number of practitioners will be intentionally limited so everyone has reasonable access to treatment rooms and the Centre does not become overcrowded with practitioners competing for the same appointment times.

The Centre is still in development, but I am actively moving the project forward and looking to connect with practitioners who are seriously interested in being part of the initial team.

Practitioners would be part of the Centre, maintain control of their own schedule, workload, and pricing, and benefit from the Centre’s visibility, marketing, and new client bookings without giving up a large percentage of each treatment.

For the initial launch, I’m specifically looking for practitioners who already have some existing clientele they can bring with them. Those clients remain theirs. As the Centre grows, practitioners would also have the opportunity to build their client base through new clients coming through the Centre.
