🏃‍♀️ Seawheeze Half Marathon — DONE! 💥

What an AWESOME course! The Seawheeze Half took us through downtown, False Creek, Kitsilano and along the Stanley Park seawall. So much good energy and so many amazing cheer stations along the way! 🙌

My friend Susan Susan Taylor joined me with her creative sign to cheer me on at both the start AND finish. ❤️

And I’m loving my lululemon swag! 🥰 I wouldn’t have received it if it wasn’t for KidSport. Lululemon is a national KidSport sponsor, and with Seawheeze returning for the first time in 7 years, they gave KidSport BC some bibs to share with volunteers. I was lucky enough to get one and I’m so grateful I got to experience this race! 💙

Also incredibly grateful for Coach E for the guidance, support, and training plans he provides that help me reach these summer goals. Couldn’t have done it without you! 🙏

😊 Absolutely! Couldn’t have asked for a better day.

Well… almost! 😂 I battled tight quads around 15 km and a cramp in my left calf/foot around 20 km, but somehow pulled it together and finished that last kilometre strong!

Happy. Tired. Proud. 🏃‍♀️💪❤️
