Just a friendly reminder that I require 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel, reschedule, or make changes to your appointment.

Last-minute cancellations, appointment changes, or no-shows make it very difficult to fill those spots, especially during one of the busiest seasons of the year. As a result, missed appointments may require:
• 50% of the missed service to be paid before rebooking
• A deposit for future appointments
• In some cases, full payment upfront to secure a new booking

I truly understand that life happens, and I always appreciate as much notice as possible if something comes up. Please call, text, or message me as soon as you know you need to make a change.
