When an RMT (Registered Massage Therapist) moves from one clinic to another, clients are usually asked to complete new intake and consent forms because the clinic, not just the therapist, is responsible for maintaining its own records. There are several reasons for this:

Updated health information: Your health history, medications, injuries, or goals may have changed since you first filled out forms. Updating this information helps the RMT provide safe treatment.
Insurance and regulatory requirements: Accurate, current records help ensure treatment notes meet professional standards and support insurance claims if needed.

So please take a moment to update your client forms 💕

🌿A Little Time Away 🌿

I'll be away from July 24 through August 5 to take some time to rest and recharge.
This break allows me to pause, reset, and return ready to provide the best care possible. My practice will reopen on August 6, and I'll be looking forward to connecting with you then.

✨ Weekend mode: OFF THE GRID ✨

If you can't get ahold of me this weekend, it's because we'll be somewhere with no cell service—and I couldn't be happier about it.

We planned this trip last year, and I've been looking forward to it ever since. Three days surrounded by trees, the river, fresh air, and nature... the ultimate forest bathing experience. 🌲💚

I can't wait to hit the road, unplug, and soak it all in.

I'll be back in the studio on Monday to pack and get everything cleaned up for the move to our new space
